Born & raised with Midwestern roots, Greg spent his childhood growing up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He credits much of his success to the work ethic displayed and instilled by his parents. “My father worked 39 years at the same job and I never remember him missing work…”Recruited as a swimmer, Greg graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Stout, and like most Wisconsinites’ raised in the Lombardi era, Greg remains a die-hard Packer fan.
In 1981 Greg’s business career brought him to Atlanta. Corporate relocations to Washington DC and Memphis followed before permanently landing him back in Atlanta. Greg’s successful mortgage career began in 1990. Additionally, Greg’s passion for achievement led to his founding of Futurus Bank, NA., which he later brought to a successful acquisition in 2005. Greg has often said, “All the accomplishments and successes pale in comparison to the relationships that have been cultivated over the years.”
On Saturday, 07/07/07, Greg married his best friend, Michelle. Time spent with the grandchildren, and volunteer commitments, still leaves time for their weekly 18 hole golf challenge on the links of St Ives.
